The career staff is trained at the Intermediate Life Support (ILS) and the Advanced Life Support (ALS) levels.  In addition to New York State Emergency Medical Services certification, providers are also trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).

The ambulance service is coordinated by Captain Michael G. Maak.

Patient Satisfaction Survey
Have you recently been treated or transported by the Medina Fire Department Ambulance?  If so, we'd like to hear from you!  Please take a few moments to complete a patient satisfaction survey so we can see what areas we are doing well in and what areas we can improve in so we can provide the best service possible to the residents of our community.
