Arrangements for
Firefighter Brian T. Kwiatkowski |

Friends and brother firefighters are
invited to call on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm
and Monday, March 31, 2008 from 9:00-10:30am.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held
on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00am.
Both Calling Hours and Mass of
Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 211 Eagle
Street, Medina.
Due to weather conditions, a
firefighters' procession will not follow the ceremony. Please
make every attempt to car pool and not bring fire apparatus to the service,
as parking is limited.

services, please have one representative contact the Medina Fire Department

It is with great
sadness that we announce the death of seventeen-year veteran Firefighter
Brian T. Kwiatkowski, which occurred on Tuesday, March 25, 2008.
Firefighter
Kwiatkowski joined the Medina Fire Department as a callman firefighter
exactly twenty-three years ago, on March 25, 1985. Kwiatkowski was hired as
a career firefighter on September 2, 1990. At the time of his death, Brian
was serving as IAFF Local 2161 Union President.
It is truly a sad day for the family of Brian and the members of the Medina
Fire Department. Please join us in keeping the family, friends, and brother
firefighters of Brian in your thoughts and prayers.
Funeral details are
pending at this time. Information regarding funeral arrangements will be
provided as soon as they are made available to us.
